Adam D. Rose
President
In 2002, Adam D. Rose created Rose Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate firm located in Marlton, New Jersey. As President, Adam plays a key role in all facets of the company, from strategic planning and marketing to business development and client relations. He is actively involved in the sales and leasing process as well as investment evaluation and property management, using his 21 years industry experience, skills and knowledge.
After graduating from The American University in Washington DC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Adam embarked on his career in real estate, becoming a licensed realtor in 1988 and broker in 1995.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Adam Rose is committed to his community. He served on the Executive Board of Directors of Jewish Senior Housing and Healthcare Service, an agency of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, as a member of the Jewish Business Network (of Philadelphia) Steering Committee, as a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and is involved with the Cherry Hill Economic Development Committee and the Philadelphia Music Alliance. He is a former member and current consultant for the Lubavitch of Greater Philadelphia, an organization that provides classes, camp, holiday and social functions.
In 1998, Adam was recognized with the Jewish Business Network (of Philadelphia) Light's of Tomorrow Award, which acknowledges recipients for their professional achievement, involvement in community service and Jewish identity. In 2008, Adam and his wife, Stacey, were honored by Chabad at the Fourth Annual Founders' Dinner where they were recognized for their dedication to the Jewish community and commitment to Jewish education.
Adam Rose is strongly committed to his community and is on the Board of Kellman Brown Academy, a Solomon Schechter Day School. He grew up and remains a long-time resident of Cherry Hill, New Jersey where he lives with his wife and their three children.
Daniel S. Wolf
Executive Vice President
Daniel S. Wolf joined Rose Commercial
Real Estate (RCRE) as Vice President in July 2005 and his
enthusiasm and sales skills have helped the firm thrive.
Danny is responsible for obtaining and marketing new exclusive
commercial listings, representing landlords and/or tenants
in sale or lease negotiations, searching properties for
prospective investors and obtaining zoning, tax, title and
other services needed on behalf of RCRE clients.
Before becoming a member of the RCRE
team, Danny Wolf spent 15 years in the insurance industry.
He held various positions as Vice President and was an integral
part of the firms' overall growth. Specifically, Danny partook
in solicitation for new accounts, client retention, supervision
of employees and marketing/cross-marketing efforts. These
skills have helped him successfully transition from insurance
into the commercial real estate industry.
Daniel Wolf graduated from The American
University in Washington DC with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Political Science. He received his New Jersey property,
casualty, life and health insurance sales license in 1990
and New Jersey real estate sales license in 2005. Danny
is currently on the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth
El (Cherry Hill, NJ), Jewish Community Center of Southern
New Jersey and Jewish Senior Housing and Healthcare Service.
Past efforts have included acting as co-chair of the Young
Leadership Council of Greater Philadelphia and congressional
intern for a New Jersey state representative. Danny was
recognized with the Jewish Business Network (of Philadelphia)
Light's of Tomorrow Award in 1999, which acknowledges recipients
for their professional achievement, involvement in community
service and Jewish identity. He also received the Jewish
Federation of Greater Philadelphia Young Associate Award
in 1998.
Born and raised in Vineland, New
Jersey, Danny Wolf currently resides in Cherry Hill with
his wife and two children.
Jeffrey Lucas
Director of Business Development
Jeffrey Lucas has joined Rose Commercial Real Estate as Director of Business Development and brings his years of experience in both the private and public sectors.
Jeff grew up in Southern New Jersey, attending Haddonfield High School and Rutgers College. After graduating from college, Jeff started his business career in Cherry Hill with Rosenfeld Inc., a commercial and industrial Real Estate brokerage firm. In 1981 he became the managing partner and in 1986 moved Rosenfeld to Moorestown New Jersey, where the firm grew to become the largest in Southern New Jersey with twenty-four active sales agents.
After selling his interest in Rosenfeld, he served as Director of Economic Development for Cherry Hill Township from 1994 until 1999. During this time he led a revitalization program that brought over $250 million in commercial development with many new businesses, both small and large to Cherry Hill. Jeff worked closely with Camden City agencies and neighborhood leaders to successfully coordinate jobs for city residents with Cherry Hill employers. Jeff was an active member of the Executive Board of the Camden County WIB (Workforce Investment Board) for 8 years.
For the past ten years, Jeff has focused on the redevelopment of the Route 130 Corridor in Burlington County. This includes the new Willingboro Town Center, anchored by a new township library, a branch of the Burlington County Community College and 1,200 new jobs within the new Merck Medco fulfillment center.

Brett Davidoff
Senior Executive
In February 2008, Brett Davidoff joined Rose Commercial Real Estate (RCRE) as a Sales Associate. With a specialization in office properties, Brett will be responsible for acquiring new commercial listings, searching properties for investors and managing landlord/tenant negotiations. He will also assist RCRE's retail and industrial clients with their sales/leasing needs.
Prior to joining RCRE, Brett Davidoff was a national account executive with Centimark Corporation in Trooper, Pennsylvania, where he developed and managed accounts with Fortune 1000 companies for commercial and industrial roofing contracts. He successfully developed national accounts exceeding $2,000,000.00 in revenue and established accounts with a variety of vertical markets including office/flex, hospitality and retail. Brett also was an account executive with Commerce Insurance Services in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, establishing and managing accounts for personal lines of property and casualty insurance.
Brett Davidoff is a graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. He is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson. A longtime resident of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Brett currently resides in Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
